About Troop 936

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Troop 936 was formed in 1994 and is sponsored by the Men's Club at the Church of St. Benedict. Our scouts come from many schools, faiths, and Cub Scout packs across the greater Broken Arrow community.

Troop philosophy

Troop 936 is a boy-led troop. Scouts plan outings, run meetings, cook their own meals, and pack their own gear. Adults provide guidance and safety oversight, but the scouts own the program—they learn leadership by leading.

Youth protection & safety

Every adult leader in Troop 936 completes Scouting America's Youth Protection Training and follows national Youth Protection policies, including two-deep leadership and no one-on-one contact between adults and youth. If you have a safety question or concern before or after your visit, contact the scoutmaster directly.
